- Firstly, we use the contact email address to forward a password to a new user such that they can proceed with downloading our trial software.
- Secondly, we may use the contact telephone information to conduct post-download follow up calls to our users to be sure their download went well and to address any questions or comments they may have. - As with many other websites, we use "cookies" to enhance the experience of our users and gather information about visits to our website.
- We also receive and store click-through data and other information about visits to our websites. This information is used to analyze and improve website performance.
How does Metasoft use the Download Information?
Metasoft may use the Download Information we collect from our users in the following ways:
